    Giveaway Draw Submission

    The Giveaway Draw will take place on Saturday June 1, 2024 @ 4:50pm PST 

    Must be 19 years or older to enter. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Rules, Terms & Conditions Apply.

    You may enter in person at either 15437 Fraser Highway or the 15284 Fleetwood Drive Surrey, BC Canada locations.

    Social distancing measures will be in place for your safety.

     

    Rules, Terms & Conditions:

    CONTEST PERIOD

    The "Win $4500 Cash Anniversary Giveaway" (the “Contest”) ends on June 1 at 4:50 PST (the “Contest Period”). 

    ELIGIBILITY

    To be eligible for the Contest, you must be:

    • A Legal Resident of Canada
    • 19 years or older 
    • Limit One Entry Per Person

    (the “Entrant”, collectively the “Entrants”)

    Employees, representatives, or agents of Sukhi Bath Motors or its affiliates cannot enter the Contest. Immediate family or those living in the same household as those employees, representatives or agents cannot enter the Contest. The expression “immediate family” means spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, son, or daughter.

    PRIZE

    Entrants can win one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) which consists of the following:

    The Grand Prize will consist of 1 Cheque in the name of the winner in the amount of $4500. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions will be available. The Winner agrees to sign and return the Acceptance Letter before receiving the Prize. 

    THE DRAW

    The winner will be announced at Sukhi Bath Motors (15437 Fraser Highway Surrey, BC V3R 3P6) on June 1, 2024, at 4:50pm PST. Sukhi Bath Motors will select (1) entrant by a random draw from all entrants during the contest period. Each entrant shall be eligible to win only one (1) prize. The odds of being selected as a potential winner are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received for the draw. 

    Sukhi Bath Motors will make three (3) attempts to contact the Winner. Attempts will be by telephone and email. If the Winner does not make contact within two business days, they will forfeit their Prize. Sukhi Bath Motors reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to pick an alternate Entrant at random. The foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new Winner.

    The winner will be required to present two pieces of valid photo identification to confirm his/her identity. Upon confirmation of identification, the Winner must take a photograph with Sukhi Bath Motors staff. The Winner will also be required to sign a consent form authorizing Sukhi Bath Motors to use this photograph for marketing purposes across all marketing platforms including radio, tv and social media channels.   

    The Winner agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of Sukhi Bath Motors in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.

    CONTEST GENERAL RULES

    All Entries become the property of Sukhi Bath Motors. By entering this Contest, each Entrant expressly consents to Sukhi Bath Motors and/or representatives, storing, sharing, and using the personal information submitted with their Entry for the purpose of marketing.

    Sukhi Bath Motors assumes no responsibility or liability in the event that the draw cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including those reasons beyond the control of Sukhi Bath Motors.

    By participating in the draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules, Terms & Conditions. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of Sukhi Bath Motors, which shall be final and binding in all aspects. Sukhi Bath Motors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be (a) violating the Rules, Terms and Conditions (b) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or operation of the draw.
